Austin is an entrepreneur and currently serves as the founder and CEO of TalentCMO, HR’s Recruitment Marketing Partner™. TalentCMO's mission is to develop and deliver a continuous pipeline of top talent to clients through the application of process driven technical marketing strategies.

Before TalentCMO, Austin founded the following companies:

  • Hunter Crown, LLC (Boutique executive search firm for the water and wastewater industry)
  • Environmental Site Solutions, LLC (Mid-Atlantic professional services firm)
  • Sidedoor Strategies, LLC (Innovative content developer for secondary education finance solutions)
  • Job Tumbler, LLC (Niche job board development and administration)

Austin holds a bachelor degree from Cornell University.

Austin is married to his college sweetheart and has four wonderful children.
